nux and i (candace) wanted to have a space to share thoughts, events, pictures and (what we feel is) interesting stuff to pass around on the internet. a place with a bit more intimacy than myspace, and a bit less explosion-of-unintended-knowledge than facebook. perhaps less of a music and modification industry focus than our current band and job surroundings allow for. (although im not sure we'd survive a day without BME and vampirefreaks)
maybe not. who knows...
at least it seems to be a breath of fresh air, and hopefully an outlet for intelligence, compassion, knowledge, small revolutions, and simplicity while staying in touch with some friends that we love madly, but seldom write to.
either that, or its just another way to waste time on the internet while fabricating and publishing self-importance, ha!

it is less crap than facebook/myspace - i think it gives a chance to be selfish and just talk about things that are happening or that you're experiencing and feeling, knowing that people will come here by *choice* because they want to know what's up and what's happening with you. thus, i am spamming your entries with comments :)

oh and i find it is pretty addictive. i've been doing it for 2 weeks or so and i always look forward to posting in it regardless of who looks at it :)
